    MEMBERSHIP & CLINIC NOTES

    *NEW REQUIREMENT*

    Criminal Record Check

    • This year, MABO is requiring all MABO officials to either provide a valid Criminal Record Check (CRC) or apply for a Criminal Record Check.
    • This will all be handled by the RAMP registration system (to either upload your valid CRC, or to request a new CRC).
    • Please follow the instructions in the link below (User Guide for Using RAMP System) that documents how to request a CRC or how to upload a CRC during your RAMP Registration process.
    • Cost of a new CRC is $24.95 plus GST, and your CRC will be valid for 5 years. This fee is the responsibility of the official to pay.
    • Upon requesting a CRC, and completing your RAMP Registration, an email will be forwarded to your email address from Triton. You will need to act on this email to submit your CRC application, and at that time you will pay the CRC fee.
    • Your completed CRC will be emailed to you, automatically uploaded to RAMP, and become part of your registration record.

All new and returning MABO members are required to register or renew their membership through this system and pay their annual dues as listed below.

MEMBERSHIP & CLINIC FEES - ALL REGIONS

    • The preferred payment option is eTransfer.  Please help MABO reduce our service fee costs by using eTransfer to info@maboref.com instead of PayPal.

    CBOC NATIONAL MEMBERSHIP FEE

    • You will be required to pay your $40.00 CBOC National Membership Fee by credit card when you register using the RAMP online registration system.

    FIRST TIME MABO REGISTRANT FEE

    • To assist our new Senior officials transitioning from the JODP, the registration for your first MABO year will only be a $70.00 fee payable to MABO (plus the $40.00 that was paid to CBOC via the RAMP system when registered), and if paying by PayPal, it will be a $75.00 fee payable to MABO.  This is only for first-time Senior officials who have not registered with MABO before.

    ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP FEE
    • These total fees are $55.00, payable to MABO (plus the $40.00 that was paid to CBOC via the RAMP system when you registered). This is primarily for individuals who are not officiating, however, who partake in MABO. This fee will include membership in Basketball Manitoba and CBOC. You can purchase your Associate Membership Fee directly by utilizing eTransfer to info@maboref.com. If you would like to pursue other payment options, please contact MABO Treasurer Stan Majowski at skmajowski@shaw.ca.

    MABO PAYMENT OPTIONS

    ETRANSFER OPTION to info@maboref.com

We encourage all members to pay their membership fees via eTransfer from your financial institution.  Please send your payment to info@maboref.com.  Use "basketball' as the passphrase if needed and note the name of the MABO member in the memo line if the payment is coming from another person.

    • Membership Fee Rate: $105.00 due upon registration

    • First-Time MABO Registrant: $70.00 due upon registration

    • Associate Membership Fee Rate: $55.00 due upon registration

    CREDIT CARD / PAYPAL OPTION

If you prefer to pay via credit card, MABO uses PayPal to process these payments. You do not need a PayPal account to process the payment, as you can use a major credit card when prompted.

    • Regular Membership Fee Rate: $110.00 due upon registration
    • First Time MABO Registrant, $75.00 due upon registration

    ALTERNATIVE PAYMENTS

    • Contact MABO Treasurer Stan Majowski (at skmajowski@shaw.ca) to arrange to pay by Cheque.  This year, there is no additional surcharge to pay by cheque.

    • Cash will not be accepted for any membership fees.

    • Payments will not be accepted at the Basketball Manitoba office nor at any clinics
