    2016-17 MHSAA / FIBA Rule Modifications Detailed by MABO


    The Manitoba Association of Basketball Officials has released details to its membership tied to the enforcement and interpretation of a number of items in the current FIBA rulebook tied to undershirts, compression clothing, mouth guard and athletic tape color, halftime length, back court time, shot clock length and reset, no-charge semi-circle, player and coach disqualification and dunking among others.  These items are tied to the high school (MHSAA) level of play in Manitoba.
