This payment will cover your MABO Membership fees which includes your CABO Membership, Basketball MB Membership (including complete accident & liability insurance), clinic fees (if applicable) and a copy of the current year's rulebook (provided at the clinic). ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ OR * $50.00 for the Regional (Rural) Clinic Membership fees. This payment will cover your MABO Membership fees which includes your CABO Membership, Basketball MB Membership (including complete accident & liability insurance). ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ If you are paying for just a MABO Associate Membership, please mail $20.00 for the MABO Associate Membership and add $25.00 for your CABO fees (optional). Make cheque payable to 'MABO' and mail to Basketball MB, 200 Main St, Wpg, MB, R3C 4M2. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ If you are a JODP Junior Official, your fees have already been paid as part of your clinic fee.
