**Prior to the elections, there will be a vote at the AGM to split the Secretary/Treasurer role into two positions (Secretary and Treasurer).
If the motion to separate the role into two distinct positions passes, then the following positions will be up for election:
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Director of Clinics
- Director of Evaluations
- Director at Large
The starting date of all terms commences immediately following the AGM. The date of the AGM has not yet been set, but will likely take place in August or September 2016.
